Korean superstars Blackpink are the latest headliners announced for 2023's BST Hyde Park.

The K-pop group will perform on Sunday, July 2, joining a series of events that already includes Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Billy Joel and P!nk. 

Last month, tickets sold out almost instantly for Blackpink’s two upcoming shows at the O2 Arena, and next summer they will take to the stage for their first London festival.

Over the course of their six-year career, Blackpink have released two studio albums and three EPs and have collaborated with acts including Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Dua Lipa and Selena Gomez. 

Comprising members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa, the group are the most subscribed act on YouTube (with more than 80 million fans) and are the most-followed girl group on Spotify. 

Their latest record, Born Pink, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 in the US, the highest-charting album by a girl group in over a decade. 

They reached number one on the UK Official Album Charts.

The BST presale starts at 10am, Monday, October 24, with tickets on general sale at 10am, Thursday, October 27.
