West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (WYFRS) was called out at 4.06pm on Saturday to reports of a two car collision on Clarendon Street, Ingrow, Keighley.
Fire crews from Keighley and Silsden rescued one man who was trapped in a car.
He was later taken to hospital but no injuries were reported to West Yorkshire Police (WYP).
One woman was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst over the prescribed limit for alcohol, a spokesperson has since confirmed.
The WYP website warns: “The only safe limit of alcohol to have in your blood and drive is zero. It is not advisable to even have one drink and drive as alcohol impairs your judgement and lessens your reflexes.”
Describing the legal limit, WYP said: “The official amount of alcohol is 35 microgrammes per 100ml of breath reading.”
