A school in Surrey is surrounded by armed police and has been locked down following a suspicious phone call.
Police were called to Esher C of E High School in More Lane at around 11.15am today.
Staff and students at the school still remain inside as a precaution according to officers.
Just before 2.50pm, police said they hoped that those inside would be able to leave the premises "shortly".
Uniformed and armed police officers are continuing to carry out enquiries inside and outside the school to establish the circumstances of the incident.
Surrey Police is working with the school in these enquiries.
