Kevin Glendenning, 33, was last seen in Guildford on Friday, February 18.
He is reported to have a connection with Weybridge but is known to travel and may be outside of Surrey.
Kevin is described to be a white man with a small beard or goatee, and a tattoo of musical notes on his neck.

A spokesperson from Surrey Police said: “We are appealing for the public’s help to find missing man Kevin Glendenning.
“Kevin, 33, was last seen in the Guildford area on Friday, 18 February.
“He also has a connection to Weybridge but is known to travel and may be outside of Surrey.
“Kevin is a White man with a small beard or goatee and a tattoo of musical notes on his neck.
