Police have granted a dispersal order for areas within Greenwich following reports of anti-social behaviour on Friday night.
Greenwich Police took to Twitter to announce that the order, which gives police heightened powers to disperse groups, would commence from 2pm today ( May 15 ) until 7 am on Monday ( May 17).
In a short statement on Twitter, a spokesperson for Greenwich MPS said: "Following ASB and disorder last night, a S.34 ASBCPA 2014 Dispersal authority has been granted for the following area.
"Greenwich Town Centre - Boundary of Park Row, Romney Road, Nelson Road, Greenwich Church Street, Creek Road, Deptford Creek and the River Thames.
"Additional police patrols will be taking place in the area."
