A motorist was caught driving a car with no insurance in High Wycombe.
After being noticed by the police, the driver then drove off and dumped the car before the vehicle was seized.

This happened at around 8pm on Thursday, December 3.
TVP Roads Policing said: “We seized the car under #Section165RTA & the registered keeper will need to come forward if they would like it back."
