A LARGE office firm based in Barrow have said they will now continue to work remotely following the latest government guidelines.

Liberata, the business process services company, has highlighted how it has successfully supported a number of its local authority clients during the Covid-19 crisis which has seen an unprecedented demand on councils.

A spokesman from Liberata said: “The safety and wellbeing of our staff is of utmost priority, and since the start of the pandemic most of our office workers at Lake House have been working remotely.

"Any requests to return to the office are treated on a case-by-case basis, with employee health and wellbeing as the primary consideration.

"Liberata has invested significantly in providing its employees with the technology, infrastructure and HR support to be able to work remotely, and will continue to do so until government guidance changes.”
