Here's how the CHarlton players rated in their 1-0 win over QPR.

Dillon Phillips 8

Had little to do first half but commanded his area well. Made a crucial stop to deny Jordan Hugil after the restart and showed why he’s revered by the Addicks faithful with a number of vital interventions.

Adam Matthews 8

Stood up to the trickery of Eberechi Eze down the left and always looked composed on the ball. Offered support to McGeady going forward and was always an outlet. Great engine.

Tom Lockyer 8

Loved the physical battle with the hefty Jordan Hugill and acquitted himself well. Went long on too many occasions but can’t fault his desire to keep a clean sheet.

Jason Pearce 8

Showed great composure on the ball coming out of defence. The extra break seems to have paid dividends for the skipper who looks 100% fit for the first time in two seasons.

Deji Oshilaja 7

Kept Osayi-Samuel quiet throughout and nullified every threat down the Hoops right. Offered little going forward but Bowyer will be more than happy with his defensive effort. Made one mistake high up the pitch which was nearly punished, hooked soon after.

Albie Morgan 8

Has grown over the lockdown and emerged far more confident. Lacks the pace to beat a man but has the vision to make up for it. Showcased a range of passing including an exquisite first time ball to release Macauley Bonne in the opening 45.

Darren Pratley 9

Did the dogged work in the middle, snuffing out a number of Rangers attacks before they emerged. His goal epitomised his performance, showing desire and determination to rise above the visitors defence. Everyone who follows Charlton knows his worth already, and with that crucial goal he may have nailed on the Player Of The Year award.

Josh Cullen 8

May have held on to possession too long on occasions but has a touch of class about him that sets him apart in this division. Like Morgan he reads the game so well, but his work in defence is so underrated too, correctly anticipating danger before it manifested.

Aiden McGeady 6

Looks a lot sharper than at the start of the year as you’d expect. Got to the by-line frequently and delivered a number of dangerous crosses. Replaced on the hour.

News Shopper:

Tomer Hemed 7

Dovetailed well with Bonne and caused problems while he was on the park. His hold up play was exceptional, dragging his side up the park on numerous occasions.

Macauley Bonne 8

Ran the channels and defended from the front. Looks far more confident at this level now and believes this is where he belongs. May feel he should’ve done better with his first half effort.

Chuks Aneke 7

Impressive off the bench. Gave the Addicks a new dimension with his pace and power.

Albie Doughty 7

Offered speed down the wing but lacked composure when picking out the man. A real threat however.
