Surrey Police are investigating after the occupants of a car fled the scene of a multi-vehicle crash in Addlestone on Saturday (November 9).
Police said that three vehicles were involved in the collision, which took place on Chertsey Road Saturday evening.
A spokesperson for Surrey Police confirmed they were investigating what happened.
They offered the following details in response to a query from the Comet:
"We were called following reports of a three vehicle collision in Chertsey Road near junction with Crouch Oak Lane in Addlestone around 11.25pm on November 9.
"The cars involved included a silver Mercedes, a Toyota Corolla and a Toyota Prius.
"No one was injured as a result of the collision.
"The occupants of one of the vehicles made off following the incident. Enquiries remain ongoing to identify and locate them.
"The road was reopened after the vehicles were recovered around 2.25am."
