Police are hunting an Epsom man suspected of shoplifting after he failed to appear in court.
33-year-old Epsom man Steven Morris was arrested and summonsed in connection with a shoplifting offence at Marks and Spencer in Epsom on May 25.
He was due to appear at Guildford Magistrates’ Court last week (September 20) but failed to do so.
Surrey Police added that Mr Morris also breached the conditions of his licence by not attending meetings.
He is described as white, around 5ft 8 tall, of a slim build, with short brown hair.
He is believed to be in the Epsom and Ewell area as he has links to the borough, police said.
Those who might know where he is, or have information which could help police locate him, are asked to call 101 immediately, or 999 in an emergency, quoting reference PR/45190101185.
