Gatwick Airport have announced that all Thomas Cook flights have been cancelled following the company’s fall into liquidation.
The historic tour operator announced that it was going into administration on September 23, leaving around 150,000 holidaymakers abroad.
The Government and the Civil Aviation Authority are now left with the responsibility of bringing all passengers to the UK.
Earlier this week Business Secretary Andrea Leadsom revealed that Thomas Cook bosses had received a combined £20 million of salaries and bonuses since 2014.
Thomas Cook went into liquidation with a debt of £1.7 billion.
