Police have issued an appeal after a man was threatened with a knife.
Police said that an attempted robbery was reported in Chessington on Sunday, July 21 July at about 2.45am.
"The victim was on foot and ran after a brief chase into a property in Elm Road," police said.
"He was threatened with a knife by a suspect after they randomly met on the victims walk home."
They added that enquiries are ongoing and that no one was injured in this attempted robbery.
