A women was left in a critical condition following a severe crash on Dorking Road Monday (June 24).

Surrey Police put out an information appeal and urged public help with their investigation into the incident "as a matter of urgency".

Describing the incident, a spokesperson for the county police force said they were called around 3pm on Monday after receiving reports of a serious collision in Tadworth "which has left a woman in a critical condition."

"Police were called to Dorking Road at around 3pm following reports of a collision between a green Audi A4 and a white Toyota Prius.

"Emergency Services were in attendance and a woman in her 60s was taken to hospital," the spokesperson said.

Surrey Police also iterated a strongly-worded information appeal for anyone who might be able to help them in their investigations.

"We are appealing for anyone who saw what happened, or may have any dashcam or CCTV footage of the incident, to come forward as a matter of urgency.
