Police have released an e-fit of a man they wish to speak with following a “suspicious” incident involving a teenage girl in Epsom.
The suspect went up to her between 4pm and 4.30pm, on December 14, along a footpath next to a railway line at the end of Green Lane.
He spoke to her before placing his hand on her shoulder.
While no injuries were caused his behaviour caused the girl to “fear for her safety” before she ran away from the scene of the incident.
Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101, or email http://surrey.police.uk/TellUsMore, quoting the reference PR/45180132903.
