Isa Wabasemba
A man who has gone missing from Wandsworth could be as far away as Birmingham, police have said.
Isa Wabasemba was last seen wearing a Manchester United top and he has a scar on the left side of his neck.
He is known to spend time in Luton and Birmingham.
