Officers are investigating after suspects allegedly hurled racist abuse and objects at their victim while queueing in traffic on the A24 in Ewell.
Police said the occupants of a dark coloured Nissan Juke reportedly hurled items at, and made racially abusive comments to, a driver while queuing in traffic.
The incident is believed to have happened at the junction of Cheam Road on Thursday, November 22 at around 7.15pm.
The offenders’ car is believed to have been queuing in Epsom bound traffic while the victim was on the slip road towards Cheam.
Police are urging any witnesses, particularly drivers that may have dashcam footage of the incident, to come forward and assist with police enquiries.
