An Epsom man has been charged with theft from a motor vehicle, Surrey Police has said
Daniel Morris, 19, who appeared at Staines Magistrates, was charged with vehicle interference, theft from a motor vehicle and drugs and driving offences.
Morris was given conditional bail and is due to appear in court on January 21.
