Surrey Police are urging witnesses to come forward, after a teenager from Epsom was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.
The 16 year old has been released under investigation. However, police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Officers believe two men abandoned a “stolen blue Volkswagen Polo on Parkhurst Road” and fled on October 12 at around 8pm in connection with the theft of a vehicle.
In particular, officers are keen to speak to the member of the public who directed them towards the men during the foot pursuit that ensued.
