Some commuters have let Southeastern know exactly how they feel after a service headed to Dartford was terminated at Welling.

The 16.53 tonight from Charing Cross had to be terminated at Welling because of a “train fault”, according to a tweet.

It continued that there is another service headed towards the same direction was on its way shortly.

But some passengers have ensured the train operators know what they thought.

After one reply was sent, the user was directed towards Southeastern's "social rules of engagement" page.

Another used colourful language to express their anger instead.

A service update now says the 19.18 service from Charing Cross to Dartford will start at 19.27 because of the earlier train fault.

Meanwhile, Southeastern has since introduced a one-way system during both morning and evening rush hour at Lewisham station.
