Residents of Walton-on-The-Hill could face the loss of their local curry house, Walton Heath Tandoori, which was put up for rent two weeks ago.
The 75-seat curry house which has been on Walton Street for approximately 35 years has been put up for rent on Residenza Estate Agents’ website.
A member of Residenza Estate Agents’ commercial team said: “The owner is retiring. That’s the reason why he’s put it up for the sale. We are looking for someone to take it over. “
The curry house and two-bedroom flat above it have been been listed for £2,500 a month.
