The concert will be held on Sunday, November 18 at St. Michael’s The Sanctuary on Church Street at 2:30 pm.

Denman Street Quartet are a new ensemble of clarinetists from BBC concert orchestra, City of London Sinfonia and the Galliard Ensemble.

The concert will be war-themed and take the audience on a journey through the first and second world war, with music from the period by Ravel, Gershwin and Glenn Miller.

Elliott DeVivo from Denman Street Quartet said: “We hope this concert will be a great opportunity to bring a top quality performance out from London to people’s doorsteps in Epsom and Ewell.”

It will span a broad range of musical styles, including classical, swing and jazz and combine the music with readings of war poetry.
