Surrey Police are appealing for the public’s help in connection with a racially aggravated incident on Thursday, August 30 in Esher.

The victim was stood on Claremont Lane at approximately 6.45pm, when an unknown man approached him and started shouting and swearing racially abusive comments to him.

Detectives are appealing to the public to help identify the man in the picture as he may have information that can assist with enquiries.

He is described as of slim build, in his mid fifties, white, with grey hair and wearing a suit with a white shirt, brown shoes and glasses.
