Police have issued an appeal to identify this man following reports of a burglary in Hinchley Wood.

Expensive jewellery was stolen from a house near Claygate Lane on Saturday July 18 at around 1.20pm.

A silver Saab 93 with the number plate LD54 NTX was spotted driving away from the area where the break-in occurred at 1.30pm.

It’s believed to have been driven into the Berkshire area, taking the A329 towards Wokingham, then later seen on the A4 Newbath Road in Charvil.

The investigation has also revealed that this car could have ties to Luton in Bedfordshire.

Dallas McDermott, Elmbridge neighbourhood inspector, said: “We need your help to find those responsible so we can bring them to justice but also hopefully reunite the stolen items with the rightful owners.

“Please contact us if you recognise the man or car in these photos.”
