Hook Road will be closed until Friday, August 3.
A road in Epsom will be closed this week while SGN undertake repairs on the network.
Engineers are undertaking urgent repairs on Hook Road. The road will be closed between the A24 and Chase Road.
The road is expected to reopen by Friday, August 3. There is a signed diversion via the A24 and B2200 for motorists.
Access to Woodstock Court is maintained but only from the Chase Road junction.
Dan Brown, a spokesman from gas distribution company SGN said: “We’ve completed several repairs to our network but there are more permanent repairs to make.
“We are sorry about the inconvenience caused and thank road users for their patience while essential emergency works are carried out.”
