Kingstonian Football Club have made a deal to share a ground next season – but have not said where it will be.
Fans eagerly awaiting news of their club’s new temporary home did not receive many answers in today’s announcement, but were assured that “a deal is done and is awaiting ratification”.
A statement released online from the chairmen of Kingstonian FC said: “We are delighted to announce that a deal has been done between Kingstonian FC and a local Ryman League club for ground and pitch rental next season, with an ongoing annual renewal dependent upon our progress with a new stadium.
“We have sent the agreement to the Ryman League for approval, and they have a board meeting scheduled for next Wednesday, February 22.
“We will make the formal announcement and name the club involved after that board meeting, subject to their approval of the agreement.”
