The M25 will be closed between junctions 9 and 11 tonight (December 6) to make way for litter clearing.
The clockwise exit and entry slip roads will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5am, according to Highways England.
Traffic will be diverted from junction 9 at Leatherhead and will rejoin the motorway at junction 11 at Chertsey, meaning drivers wanting to access the A3 at junction 10 will need to follow diversions.
The anti-clockwise exit and entry slip roads will remain open tonight, but will be closed tomorrow evening from 10pm to 5am.
The Ockham southbound slip road on the A3 will also be closed on Thursday night for the roadsweepers between 10am and 5am.
A signed diversion will be in place via Burpham, A3100, A3 northbound and the B2215.
