Photographer Chris Bushe snapped this photo of an Egyptian goose – in fact something of a cross between a goose and a duck – with her fluffy little goslings.
Mr Bushe spotted the colourful fowl on a frosty morning in Painshill Park, Cobham. The shelducks were domesticated by ancient Egyptians and were considered sacred. The bird usually breed in late spring and Mr Bushe said it was unusual to see goslings so early.
