A fully-intact leopard skull listed for sale on eBay lead to a raid and seizure by police in Surbiton.
PC Hayley Parkes, wildlife officer, discovered the skull on eBay. Following this officers carried out a search warrant in Claremont Road earlier today.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed the item taken was thought to be a leopard skull.
No arrests were made but the investigation continues.
