Bonnets, baseball caps and flamboyantly colourful headwear kept standards high as the Surbiton Festival came to a close.
With a final theme of hats to finish the two-week long party, the sun even put his hat on for those who joined the parade and took part in Festival Day.
The finale of Surbofest saw the festival take over Surbiton with hundreds of people enjoying the sunshine on Saturday, or Haturday, as it was dubbed.
The festival concluded after a jam packed two weeks in which the town hosted a weekend of boating and messing about on the river, comedy shows, the Trycyclingathon, a market, parade, musical events and antiques evaluations, to name but a few.
The Trycyclingathon saw bikes from all eras come out for the day
The anticipation for next year’s event is surely already growing - could next year's theme be sunglassses?
