Richmond Park: likely to have helped the borough's rankings
A ‘happy at home’ survey gave the top spot in London to Richmond.
Kingston, Bromley and Sutton followed closely behind in the top five of the happiest places to live.
Richmond took the crown for London but was rated 19th for overall happiness in the UK.
The survey by property website Rightmove asked 25,000 people from 130 places in the UK to rates aspects of where they live including community, safety, recreation and space.
Unsurprisingly greater London did not tick the happy boxes for costs and space.
