Letter to the Editor: Praise for NHS
I write to applaud Kingston Hospital and its caring and dedicated teams of surgical, medical and nursing staff.
Recently, following major surgery, I spent three weeks as a patient there, the first week in intensive care.
The attention I received at all times was exemplary.
The experience brought home to me how very blessed we are in this country to have at our disposal such wonderful facilities and aftercare, courtesy of the NHS.
