This year’s Surbiton Festival was declared open on Saturday at the beginning of a week of events – the festival’s biggest-ever line up.
Mayor of Kingston Councillor Penny Shelton, and deputy mayor Coun Alan Dean, visited Maple Road for the monthly farmers’ market where organisers masked up as part of the festival’s theme.
