A man will appear in court tomorrow accused of killing a man found unconscious on a train.
Warsame Warsame, from Kingston, died on March 4 this year, two days after being found unconcious on a train travelling between Wimbledon and Raynes Park.
Today a spokeswoman for British Transport Police said tests confirmed Mr Warsame, 24, died of head injuries and not of a pre-existing medical condition which required regular dialysis.
Mr Warsame's condition was caused by a nightclub attack in Kingston.
Rhys Stacey Parchment, 24, of New Barns Avenue, Mitcham, was charged with manslaughter today after attending a police station on bail.
