Fancy another day in paradise with Phil or being an American idiot with Green Day this weekend? You’ll need to move fast.

Tickets for the first weekend of this year’s Barclaycard presents British Summer Time festival at London’s Hyde Park are selling out fast, with just a few hundred for each of the shows remaining at the time of writing.

In its first four years BST has catered for a wide variety of tastes and 2017 continues the pattern with another eclectic mix of stars lined up.

The festival gets under way this Friday (June 30) with Phil Collins the first headliner as part of his Not Dead Yet: Live tour.

Also on the opening bill are Blondie, Mike + The Mechanics, The New Power Generation, KC & The Sunshine Band, Starsailor, Chas & Dave, Geyser ft Al Murray and Cats in Space.

With this line-up, expect to hear a fair few blasts from the past being belted out as there's a definite 70s and 80s theme.

Saturday (July 1) will have a very different feel with its distinct punk-rock flavour.

The headline act are American rockers Green Day, of Basket Case, Boulevard of Broken Dreams and Wake Me Up When September Ends fame (and many others of course).

They will be joined by Rancid, Gogol Bordello, The Hives, The Stranglers, The Damned, The Living End, The Orwells, Stiff Little Fingers, Bash & Pop, Jesse Malin, Beach Slang, SWMRS, Sunflower Bean, Public Access TV Hey Charlie and Culture Abuse.

On Sunday (July 2) Hyde Park will be taken over by hordes of screaming young girls when Justin Bieber tops the bill.

He’ll be performing a full set of his hits in what will be a UK festival exclusive and his only London show of 2017.

His adoring fans can expect to hear What Do You Mean?, Sorry, Where Are U Now?, Boyfriend and Baby.

Once the weekend is done BST will be staging open-air cinema, sporting events, Wimbledon screenings and comedy during the week on July 3, 4, 5 and 7.

Kings of Leon will play Hyde Park on July 6, followed by Killer on July 8 and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers rounding off the festival on July 9.
