? NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 15th April 2019 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.



? The general effect of the Car Club Order will be:



? in Austin Road, to remove 5.5 metres of shared use parking place and install a doctors parking place outside



No. 3 Austin Road;

? in Brodrick Road, on the north-west side, to remove the shared use parking place outside No. 40 Brodrick Road and replace with a single yellow waiting restriction to accommodate a new vehicle crossover and dropped kerb;



? in Seymour Road, on the north-west side, to remove 3.7 metres of permit holders parking place outside No. 44 Seymour Road and replace with a single yellow waiting restriction to accommodate a new vehicle crossover and dropped kerb;



? in St Ann's Hill, on the south-west side, to remove 4.8 metres of permit holders parking place outside No. 131 St Ann's Hill and replace with a single yellow waiting restriction to accommodate a new vehicle crossover and dropped kerb;



? in John Archer Way, on the north-east side convert the single yellow waiting restriction to double yellow line



"at any time" waiting restrictions between Windmill Road and Nevinson Close and on the south-west side extend the existing double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions by 3 metres at the junction with Windmill Road and install a short stay parking bay for 95 metres between Windmill Road and Nevinson Close;

? in Girdwood Road, remove the parking place outside No. 96 Girdwood Road and replace with a single yellow waiting restriction;



? in Melrose Road, remove the parking place outside



No. 67 Melrose Road and extend the single yellow waiting restriction; and

? in Adderley Grove, on the south-west side, to extend by 4.5 metres the shared use parking place adjacent to No. 24 Winsham Grove.



? Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 23rd April 2019, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six months from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.



? Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Traffic and Engineering division of the Department of Environment and Community Services at the address given below quoting Reference W/ECS/TM01741 - telephone (020) 8487 5279.



? Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
