NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004:-

The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. ') Order 2019
2. The general effect of the Orders would be:-

(a) to designate the following parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying a disabled person's badge (referred to in this notice as a "mandatory bay"):

(i) outside No. 9 Fernlea Road;

(ii) outside No. 3 Credenhill Street;

(iii) outside Nos. 1 to 11 Laverstoke Gardens, 4.5 metres of double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions would be installed 6.6 metres south-east of the south-eastern boundary of Nos. 1 to 11 Laverstoke Gardens;

(iv) adjacent to No. 13 Fishponds Road;

(v) outside No. 29 Bassingham Road;

(vi) outside No. 34 Bective Road;

(vii) outside No. 34a Dafforne Road;

(viii) outside No. 36 Fishponds Road. The bay would be relocated approximately 4.5 metres south-west and the shared use parking place extended;

(ix) outside No. 41 Gaskarth Road;

(x) outside No. 52 Beclands Road;

(xi) outside No. 57A Dornton Road; (xii)outside No. 58 Beclands Road;

(xiii) outside No. 24 Whitehead Close;

(xiv) outside No. 72 Church Lane;

(xv)outside No. 72 Streathbourne Road;
(xvi) outside No. 82 Arabella Drive;

(xvii) outside No. 85 Trentham Street;

(xviii) outside Nos. 74 to 90 Holgate Avenue; (xix)outside No. 101 Gaskarth Road; (xx)outside No. 109 Pendle Road; (xxi)outside No. 125 Allfarthing Lane;

(xxii) outside No. 143 Longley Road;

(xxiii) outside No. 161 Brudenell Road;

(xxiv) outside No. 201 Lessingham Avenue;

(xxv) outside Roehampton Library, Danebury Avenue. The bay would operate between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday;

(xxvi) adjacent to Nos. 156 to 182 Falkener Court, Francis Chichester Way;

(xxvii) adjacent to No. 3 Khama Road.

(b) to designate the following resident-specific disabled person's parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying the disabled resident's parking permit numbered as specified below:

(i) outside No. 25 St Philip Square, numbered DB179;

(ii) outside No. 26 Penrith Street, numbered DB180;

(iii) outside No. 1 Openview, numbered DB181;

(iv) outside No. 32 Fallsbrook Road, numbered DB182;

(v) outside No. 2 Otterburn Street, numbered DB183. The bay would be relocated 12 metres south-east and the shared use CPZ parking place extended. 1.5 metres of double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions would be installed at the south-eastern end of the bay;

(vi) outside No. 26 St Philip Square, numbered DB184;

(vii) outside No. 22 St Philip Square, numbered DB185;

(c) to remove the existing disabled person's parking places outside No. 13 Ashness Road, outside No. 67 Blegborough Road, outside No. 78 Broxash Road, outside No. 24 Khyber Road (DB087) and outside No. 6A Waldron Road, and convert these bays to the CPZ parking places adjacent to these locations;

(d) insofar as the locations mentioned above are within the Battersea, Clapham South, Clapham Junction, Earlsfield, Putney, Southfields, Tooting Broadway, Wandsworth Common and Wandsworth Town Controlled Parking Zones, to amend the relevant parking places Orders to take account of the proposed disabled persons' parking places or revocations.

3. Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/TM01722) by 29th March 2019.
