Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for The William Webb Ellis, 24 London Road, Twickenham, TWI 3RR. The application is to remove the following condition from the Premises Licence:- There shall be no new admission to the premises after one hour before the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol.The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.richmond.gov.uk at any time. A person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmond Council, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TWI 3BZ. Written representations must be received no later than 7th March 2019. It is an offence, under section 158 of the LicensingAct 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
