This consultation will be undertaken from 17 January to 1 March 2019. This consultation is only on the proposed Main Modification and not on other aspects of the Plan.

? by post to Policy and Design, LB Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 3BZ.

Please note that your response will not be treated as confidential. If you have any queries, please email LocalPlan@richmond.gov.uk or phone 020 8891 1411.
Following this consultation, the Planning Inspectorate will then appoint an independent examiner to consider whether or not to recommend a Main Modification to the OOLTI designation on the site, having regard to any consultation responses as well as the previous Inspector's conclusions on this issue. Further information about the Local Plan is on the website at www.richmond.gov.uk/local_plan_examination
'The document applies to the whole borough and has been prepared in accordance with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended) and Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
