ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Compass Hill, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Compass Hill, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Compass Grove, Richmond

3. The order will come into effect on 3 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 7pm and 11pm on 3 December 2018 and 4 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Petersham Road and Hill Rise and via Richmond Hill, Star and Garter Hill and Petersham Road.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) ORDER 201* EDWARD CLOSE, HAMPTON HILL EDWARD ROAD, HAMPTON HILL (Reference 18/251)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Order under section 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the order is to introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in lengths of Edward Road and Edward Close, Hampton Hill as follows: -

(a) Edward Road, Hampton Hill, on its south-eastern side, across vehicle crossovers;

(b) Edward Road, Hampton Hill on its north-western side, across pedestrian gates and vehicle crossovers;

(c) Edward Close, Hampton Hill on its north-eastern and south-western sides.

3. It is proposed to introduce footway parking, with two wheels on the footway, on lengths of the north-western side of Edward Road. Parking will be permitted in marked bays.

4. Copies of the proposed Order, a plan showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing the Order: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/251, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov. uk/public_notices.

5. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 21 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction York Road, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a service pipe relay works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in York Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in York Road, from its junction with Stanley Road to a point outside the southern boundary of No 2 York Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 4 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 4 December 2018 until 7 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restriction Ham Common and Martingales Close, Ham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Ham Common and Martingales Close, Ham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street: -

(a) Ham Common, on its northern side, from its junction with Martingales Close, westwards for a distance of 70 metres;

(b) Martingales Close, from its junction with Ham Common, northwards for a distance of 70 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 26 November 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 26 November 2018 until 30 November 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a new gas connection, they intend

to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Eleanor Grove, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Eleanor Grove, Barnes on both sides, from a point outside No 1 Eleanor Grove to a point outside the common boundary of Nos 5 and 7 Eleonor Grove, Barnes.

3. The order will come into effect on 17 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 17 December 2018 until 21 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Beresford Avenue, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they intend to

make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Beresford Avenue, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Beresford Avenue from its junction with Park Road, north-eastwards for a distance of 50 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 17 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 9am and 1pm on 17 December 2018 with a backup date at the same times on 20 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
