I give notice that BXC Development Partners Is applying to the London Borough of Barnet for Permission to undertake non-material changes to the Section 73 Planning Permission Ret No. F/04687/13:

¦ Amend the wording of the following conditions to reflect that a new John Lewis Store is no longer proposed - Conditions 20.1, 20.2, 20.3, 20.4, 20.5, 20.7, 20.15, 20.18, 20.21, 20.22, 20.23, 20.32, 21.1.1, 21.3, 21.9, 21.16, 21.22 and 21.23;

¦ Amend the wording of Condition 30.4 so that the details for extraction and ventilation equipment are to be submitted to the LPA for approval prior to installation;

¦ Amend the wording of Condition 31.6 so that Remediation Validation Reports are to be submitted to the LPA without the need for approval prior to construction beginning;

¦ Amend the wording of Condition 35.2 so that it relates to the Southern Development only and a BREEAM post construction certificate is to be submitted within 6 months of practical completion; and

¦ Add a new Condition 35.2(A) which sets out the sustainability measures to be met by commercial units, tenant areas and communal and mall circulation space within the Northern Development including BREEAM requirements and green lease obligations.
