1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading" Orders would be to further amend existing Merton waiting and loading restriction orders so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for 20 minutes) would be prohibited at any time in the lengths of roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4. Any person desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or alternatively by email to trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk quoting reference ES/WR2018B3, no later than 19 October 2018.

ARAGON ROAD, MORDEN, the south-west side, from a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 375 and 377 Aragon Road to a point 5 metres north-west of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 377 and 379 Aragon Road;
CHURCH ROAD, MITCHAM, the arm leading to Noble Court, both sides, between Church Road, the main arm, and the first parking bays; GARTH ROAD, SM4
(a) the west and south-west sides,

(i) from its junction with Lower Morden Lane to the northern boundary of the Public Right of Way No. 131 (Green Lane);

THE MERTON (PARKING PLACES) (W7) (NO. 2, 2012) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of
Merton under the powers conferred by sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, propose to make the above mentioned Orders.
2. The general effect of MP1 Order would be to revoke the London Borough of Merton (Controlled Parking Zone) (MP1) Traffic Order 2003 and re-enact it provisions with updates to its articles and updates to the Schedules to better reflect the current layout of parking places with amendments to convert a section of existing parking place in the length of road generally fronting No. 16 Poplar Road, Merton Park to single yellow line waiting restrictions operating between 10am and 4pm Mondays to Fridays.

3. The general effect of the other Orders would be to convert sections of existing parking places, in lengths of roads generally fronting the locations referred to in the Schedule to this notice, to single yellow line waiting restrictions matching the operational times of the controlled parking zone operating at each of those locations to facilitate proposed vehicle crossovers.

4. A copy of each of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

5. Any person desiring to comment on the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or alternatively by email to trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk quoting reference ES/ CROSSOVER12, no later than 19 October 2018.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
INGLEMERE ROAD, MITCHAM (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate construction works in Inglemere Road, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict waiting in Inglemere Road, Mitcham.

2. During the works no person will cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading, in Inglemere Road, Mitcham, the south side, from its junction with London Road to a point in line with the western wall of No. 2 Inglemere Road.

3. Any designated parking place or loading bay situated in the length of road specified in paragraph 2 above will be suspended for the duration of the works.

4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(a) any authorised vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

7. The Order will come into operation on Wednesday 3rd October 2018 with the works anticipated to be finished by 31 May 2019. However, the Order will remain in operation for a maximum period of twelve months and its provisions will be re-introduced during that period should further works be required.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
HIGH STREET MEWS, WIMBLEDON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate electrical utility works in High Street Mews, Wimbledon, they intend to make an Order, the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.

2. During the works no person would cause or permit any vehicle to enter, proceed or wait (including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle) in High Street Mews, Wimbledon.

3. The restrictions would only apply during such times and to such extent as would from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

4. Vehicular access to properties adjacent to the restricted length of road would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

5. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed using Beverley Grove, Church Road, Courthope Road and High Street, Wimbledon.

6. Nothing in the Order would apply to: -

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works; or

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes; or

(d) any person requiring vehicular access to properties adjacent to the length of road specified in paragraph 2 above insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

8. The Order would come into force on Monday 8 October 2018 and it is anticipated that works would be carried out over three weeks. However, the Order would remain in force for 6 months should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) CARSHALTON ROAD AND THE CARSHALTON ROAD ROUNDABOUT
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2018
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate sewer survey and cleaning works in Carshalton Road and at the Carshalton Road Roundabout, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in Carshalton Road and the Carshalton Road Roundabout.

2. During the works no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-

(a) enter into or proceed in:-

(i) the Carshalton Road Roundabout, the south and west sides, between the north-westbound lane of Croydon Road and the north-westbound lane of Commonside West; or

(ii) Carshalton Road, from its junction with the Carshalton Road Roundabout and its junction with Cranmer Road;

(b) wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading, any vehicle in the lengths of road described in sub-paragraphs 2(a)(i) and (ii) above.

3. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

4. Access to properties adjacent to the lengths of road described in paragraph 2(a) above will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

7. Vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed using Croydon Road(A236), Mitcham Road(A236), the Lombard Roundabout, Purley Way, Croydon Road(A238), Manor Road North and London Road(A237) or via Cranmer Road, Madeira Road and Commonside West.

8. The Order will come into operation on Monday 1st October 2018 with works at the Carshalton Road Roundabout anticipated to be completed within 2 days. However, the Order will remain in operation for 18 months and its provisions will be re-introduced during that period for further works.
