Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence made under the Licensing Act 2003.
Please take notice that l/we Chick and Beers Ltd have made an application to the Kingston Council on 23/08/18 to apply for a variation of an existing Premises Licence in respect of 24 Coombe Road, New Maiden, Surrey, KT3 4QE. The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence to permit:
Provide live music - Monday-Thursday 12:00 until 23:30; Friday-Saturday 12:00 until 01:00 the following morning; Sunday 12:00 until 22:30. Provide recorded music: Monday-Thursday 08:00 until 23:00; Friday-Saturday 08:00 until Midnight; Sunday 08:00 until 22:00.
Provide Late Night Refreshment: Monday-Thursday 23:00 until Midnight; Friday-Saturday 23:00 until 00:30 the following morning. Supply alcohol (consumption on the premises): Monday-Thursday 12:00 until 23:30; Friday-Saturday 12:00 until 01:00 the following mornings; Sunday 12:00 until 22:30. Representations must be made in writing or by email to the Licensing Authority at the following address: Licensing Manager, Environmental Health, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU, licensing@kingston.gov.uk. Representations must be received by the Kingston's Licensing Section within a period of 28 days starting the day after the date shown above.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make False statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000._
