ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (PARKING PLACES) (CAR CLUB) (AMENDMENT No. **) ORDER 201* QUEENS ROAD, TWICKENHAM (Reference 18/119)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Order under sections 6 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Car Club Bay Order will be to introduce a Car Club Bay in Queens Road Twickenham, on its north-eastern side, from a point 7.8 meters south-east of the south-eastern boundary of No 60 Queens Road, south-eastwards for a distance of 6 metres.

3. Copies of the proposed Order, a plan showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/119, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www. richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ or by e-mail to highwaysandtransport® richmondandwandsworth.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND -PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Conservation Area designation/extension: Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 - Sections 69 & 70
The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames announces the designation of one new conservation area and the extension of four existing conservation areas, following a decision made by the Council's Strategic Cabinet Member for Environment, Business and Community on 24 April 2018.
1. Madrid Road Conservation Area (no.76)

The new Madrid Road Conservation Area (No.76) has been designated to include the following properties: Nos. 1-103a (odd), & Nos. 2-112 Madrid Road; No.2A Suffolk Road; and No.3 Newport Road.
2. Mortlake Conservation Area (no.33)

The Mortlake Conservation Area has been extended to include the following additional properties: Nos. 2-78 (even) White Hart Lane, & No. 1 Lime Fields Road.
3. Thorne Passage Conservation Area (No.16)

The Thorne Passage Conservation Area has been extended to include the following additional properties: Laneway entitled 'Thorne Passage' behind No.s 1-27 (odd, including 27a-f) Charles St & 13-15b White Hart Lane; No.s 1-27 Charles Street (odd, including 1b & 27a-27f), & No.s 2-50 Charles Street (even); 1-2 St. Anne's Passage; St Anne's Passage Allotment Gardens; No's 5, 9, 11, 13, 28, 30, 32 & Barnes Primary, Cross Street; No.s 1-63 (odd) & 2-68 (even) Thorne Street; No.s 1-71 (odd) & No.s 2-68 (even) Archway Street; No.s 1-73 (odd) & 2-72 (even) Westfields Avenue; No.s 1-18 (consecutive) Railway Side; Westfields Allotment gardens between the railway tracks, Railway Side, and Barnes Primary and Nursery School; and No.s 13-95 (odd) White Hart Lane.
4. Barnes Common Conservation Area (no.32)

5. Barnes Green Conservation Area (No.1)
The Barnes Green Conservation Area has been extended to include the following additional properties: No.1-43 (odd), 59-93 (odd), 2-40 (even) Elm Grove Road; St Michael's Church Hall, St. Michaels and All Angels Church, Elm Bank Gardens.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Rosemont Road, Richmond
(Ref: 18/116)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building works, they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Rosemont Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the parking bay outside No 13 Rosemont Road.

3. The Order will come into effect on 3 June 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 3 June 2018, until 30 November 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c)any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closures Hampton Court Road, Hampton Court

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the installation and removal of a temporary footbridge and other works in connection with the Hampton Court Flower Show they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect

of which is that a section of Hampton Court Road will be closed to traffic on two occasions as set out below.
2. The section of road to be closed extends from the roundabout outside Hampton Court Palace (the junction of A309 Hampton Court Way and A308 Hampton Court Road) to its junction with Campbell Road, Hampton Court.

3. The dates and times when these road closures are anticipated to be in force are: -

An alternative route for eastbound traffic (Hampton Court Bridge towards Kingston Bridge) is via A308 Hampton Court Road (westwards); A311 Church Street; High Street, Hampton; High Street, Hampton Hill; A313 Hampton Road; Broad Street; High Street Teddington; A310 Kingston Road; Upper Teddington Road and High Street, Hampton Wick. An alternative route for westbound traffic will be as above but in the reverse direction. This route is not suitable for vehicles over 15 feet and 9 inches (4.8 metres) high on account of a low bridge in High Street, Hampton Wick.
The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 16A THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (SPECIAL EVENTS) (VARIOUS STREET PARTIES) (NO. 3) ORDER 2018 VARIOUS ROADS IN THE BOROUGH (Reference 18/117)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on the 29 May 2018 made the above Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of this Order is to facilitate the holding of street parties in various streets in the borough to allow residents to celebrate a special event within their community.

3. The streets which will be closed are listed in the Schedule to this notice. Full details of the lengths of street which will be closed and times when the closure will be in force will be contained in the order referred to in the next paragraph.

4. Copies of the Order: -
