Application Details: The Application seeks to provide
- The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on the premises) from 12:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 12.00 until midnight Friday and Saturday
- Provision of recorded music from 12:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 12:00 until midnight Friday and Saturday
- Provision of late night refreshment on Friday and Saturday from 23:00 until 00:30
- Provision of performance of dance on Friday and Saturday from 21:00 until 22:30
- Provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance on Friday and Saturday from 21:00 until 22:30

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the following address: Licensing Manager, Environmental Health, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT11EU or by email to licensing@kingston.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
