Applicant name: Mr Guy, Bransby (Agent for JLL on behalf of Applicant) For planning permission to: Demolition of existing buildings on site & construction of 1 new building ranging from 6 to 10 storeys in height comprising of office (Use Class B1 a) to accommodate coworking & small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on all floors, flexible light industrial (Use Class B1c)/storage and distribution (Use Class B8) at the rear of the ground floor and ancillary facilities, public realm improvements and associated landscaping.
