NOTICE OF CONSULTATION ON KINGSTON RIVERSIDE PUBLIC REALM SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Issues this notice to invite representations on the Council's draft Kingston Riverside Public Realm Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) in line with Regulations 11 to 16 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
The draft SPD, which relates to the area from Canbury Gardens through to Seething Wells, will focus on how the open space along the riverside is used and design guidelines for the public spaces.
Public Consultation Period
The draft SPD will be the subject of an eight-week period of formal consultation from Friday 19 January 2018 to Sunday 18 March 2018.

Views on both documents should be submitted to the Council by 11.59pm on Sunday 18 March 2018.
All representations received will be taken into account and reported to the Council's Portfolio Holder of Regeneration prior to adoption at Growth Committee.
Printed copies of the draft SPD are available for inspection at all libraries within the Borough during their normal opening hours, and at the Council Offices at the Information and Advice Centre on the ground floor of Guildhall 2 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
