PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC TREMAINE ROAD PENGE NOTICE OF INTENTION

PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC TREMAINE ROAD PENGE NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that In order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Tremaine Road Penge will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Tuesday 9th January 2018. The point of the closure falls outside 11 Tremaine Road approximately 80m from the junction of Croydon Road. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Croydon Road Stembridge Road Marlowe Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Tuesday 9th January 2018 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

7. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC LIDDON ROAD BROMLEY NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Southern Gas Networks (SGN) to install new gas mains from the existing gas holder station THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Liddon Road Bromley will be closed to through traffic for up to sixteen weeks from Monday 8th January 2018. The works are in connection with the redevelopment of the gas holder station. The point of the closure will be close to the current existing entrance to the gas holder station approximately 200m from the junction of Homesdale Road Bromley.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Canon Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 8th January 2018 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.

4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC FOX LANE KESTON NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for BT to access an underground structure and complete essential maintenance works THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-Fox Lane Keston will be closed to through traffic for up to one day on Thursday 21st December 2017 between the hours of 09.30am - 15.30pm. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Gates Green Road and Jackass Lane Keston.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Jackass Lane, Church Road Westerham Road, Heathfield Road

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Thursday 21" December 2017 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to one day on Thursday 21* December 2017 between the hours of 09.30am-15.30pm to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.

6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.

7. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.
