Proposed Development at Land North of Grant Road, Clapham Junction, Wandsworth, SW11 We give notice that Winstanley and York Road Regeneration LLP is applying to the London Borough of Wandsworth for planning permission for "Demolition works and construction ot three buildings comprising mixed use development including residential (Class C3), a school (Class D1), a chapel (Class D1) and flexible commercial uses (Class A1, A2, A3,B1,D1 and 02) together with landscaping, a MUGA, car parking, the realignment of Thomas Baines Road and other associated works." Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Planning Department, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, SW18 2PU within 21 days of the date of this notice.
