Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Preetash Patel, has applied to Kingston Council, on the 3rd of November 2017 for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the premises known as: 103A to 105 South Lane New Maiden Surrey KT3 5HL for The Sale of Alcohol from O&OOhrs to 23:00hrs Monday to Saturday and 10:00hrs to 22:30hrs Sunday. Reduced hours apply on Christmas day and Good Friday.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by the 4th of December 2017 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Team, Guildhall 2 High Street Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU. The register and records of applications may be viewed by appointment at the above office address during normal office hours; details are also available via www.kingston.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
