Notification of Application for Planning Permission under Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015
Proposed development at: Garratt Lane and Atheldene Road, Wandsworth I give notice that Higgins Homes PLC (the "applicant") has submitted a full planning application to the London Borough of Wandsworth for the following:
"Erection of 107 residential units (C3 Use) including 26 houses and 81 apartments, a new health centre (D1 Use) (1,873sqm), pharmacy (A1 use) (94sqm), two commercial units (A1-A3/B1) (189sqm), and erection of 83 residential units, together with the provision of enhanced pedestrian routes, landscaping and associated car parking, to be constructed in two phases."
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Planning, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU or send an email to email@example.com within 21 days of this notice. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
